ScrapMyCar.NZ is New Zealand's specialist scrap car removal service. We've been buying scrap, damaged, and unwanted vehicles from Kiwis across all 16 regions since 2014 — paying top cash and handling everything from free towing to NZTA paperwork on site.
We operate 20+ trucks across the country, meaning same-day collection is available for most NZ addresses. We're not a middleman — we're the buyer, the transporter, and the recycler. That means more cash for you.
Our Mission
Kiwis shouldn't have to deal with unreliable buyers, no-show pickups, or last-minute price drops. Our mission is simple: pay the best price, turn up when we say we will, and make the whole process take less than 30 minutes of your time.
We're also committed to responsible recycling. Every vehicle we collect is processed at an accredited NZ recycling facility. Fluids are drained and disposed of safely. Usable parts are resold. Metal is recycled — keeping it out of landfill.
